Caspian Apiaries started its journey in 1980 by Hossein Yeganeh Rad when a passion project turned into a small business, although, Yeganeh Rad’s family has been engaged in beekeeping for more than 188 years in the Kushk Sara region of Chaloos in Iran.

After the beginning of commercial beekeeping in Iran in 1956, the family extended beekeeping operations in Canada and the United States. In 1978 and 1979, traditional beekeeping changed into a more modern style, and the family gradually gained more information about beekeeping and then became involved in helping beekeepers with modern beekeeping challenges, such as disease transmission and bee transport.

At the same time, Mr. Hossein Yeganehrad created solutions to mass produce apitherapy products which he used to conduct scientific studies showcasing the effect of bee products on a wide range of diseases and ailments, including but not limited to gastrointestinal disorders, neurological disorders, auto-immune disorders, cardiovascular disorders, and even dermatosis. Mr. Hossein Yeganeh Rad has presented 150 clinical studies at various world conferences and more than a few hundred lectures in Canada, the United States, and Iran researchers and aspiring beekeepers. In 2003, he wrote several articles on the cosmetic effects of bee products at the Apimondia International Beekeeping Conference in Slovenia. His activities in apitherapy were widespread in Buenos Aires in 2011 when he invented the first N-Chromosome royal jelly to cure gastric ulcer disease. He began collaborating with the American Apitherapy Society in 2012 and served as the United States’ global representative and also as a board member until 2020.

In connection with Mr. Hossein Yeganeh Rad’s unique professional and innovative activities, we can mention the production of n-chromosome royal jelly and bee venom. These products have been successful in treating diseases such as eczema and mineral deficiencies such as iron and calcium and can increase the number of white and red blood cells and platelets in humans.

Some of the successful trials of Mr. Hossein Yeganeh Rad include searching for a cure for Covid 19 at Masih Daneshvari Hospital, as well as treating many people with diabetes at Ali Asghar Hospital and preventing their amputation.
